Your 'normal' address is the public address generated from your wallet such as  Metamask, or any other <a href="https://electronlabs.org/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">supported EOA wallet.</a> Your EOA (Metamask, etc) is interconnected with your Avocado address. Only your EOA can access and use your Avocado address.
